SATURDAY 12/12/2026

4:00 pm - 4:55 pm (ceremony starts right at 5)
Shuttle Pick-up at Hotels
Shuttle will make 2-3 rounds from the hotels to the venue to make sure any stragglers aren’t left behind.

4:45 pm - 5:00 pm
Welcome Beverages
we like to see you start the party early.

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Ceremony
It will be quick and painless, we assure you.

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Extended Cocktail Hour
because there are a lot of hors d’ oeuvres so why rush things. make the most of the open bar and non-alcoholic specialty drinks to get our moneys worth.

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Reception and Dinner
we promise that the speeches will be brief and the party will be hardy.

11:00 pm - 12:30 am
Late Night Pizza Party
i hate seeing the night come to an end… to keep the fun going, join us a short walk across the gardens to pizzeria vetri for unlimited pizza, house beer, and house wine (mixed drinks available a la carte).

10:00 pm - 1:00 am
Shuttle Drop-off at Hotels
during this timeframe the shuttle will make the rounds from from the venue to the hotels approximately every 20-30 minutes to get everyone back safely.
